The lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) for all Carlton Training’s assessor and verifier awards and with over 16 years of experience, Navalette ensures that all courses meet and exceed the standards set for them by the Awarding Bodies and Government Agencies.
Maureen
With decades of experience teaching in the Adult Education sector, and having spent a lifetime gaining knowledge Maureen is Carlton Training’s lead tutor.
A strong advocate lifetime learning and as keen as ever to see candidates succeed and qualify, Maureen will always go that extra mile to ensure that people achieve their aims. Very often this means dealing with potential students when they are working out their options and helping point them in the right direction. ‘It’s all just a part of the service’ says Maureen.

Philip is one of Carlton’s most experienced team members. Philip is an expert in education management, quality assurance and qualification development.
Like everyone at Carlton, Philip loves training and the dynamic only seeing people learn and develop can provide. In the last 20 years, Philip has seen the industry changes from one where people were ‘sent on training’ to one where people seek training for their personal development needs.

Josiane is an expert educator with extensive experience in adult education and training. In charge of assessing, guiding and advising candidates taking both the Level 3 Award in Education and Trainingand Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training , Josiane makes sure that everyone has the support and help they need to succeed.
Josiane is an technology enthusiast, with expertise on designing and implementing online features to help candidates achieve their goals.
Benedetta
A lifelong educationalist with a wealth of hands-on experience in the education and training sector, Benedetta is our lead tutor for the Diploma level education courses. Benedetta is in charge of our DET programmes and her extensive background in education shows through to all our candidates who benefit from her dedication and knowledge.
Her mix of practical experience and academic knowledge enable Benedetta to give candidates relevant and interesting tuition, guidance and support.
