External Quality Assurance by City & Guilds
At Carlton Training we run City & Guilds courses. City & Guilds is an awarding body that conducts sampling and inspections of training institutes like us, a process known as external quality assurance (EQA). This is to ensure that the courses we run come up to standard. It also helps us meet or exceed the expectations of learners in the way that they are taught and assessed.
